Selling to Us is a Simple 7 Step Process:

1. You agree to sell, and we agree to buy

2.  We agree on price

3.  You sign the Purchase Agreement

4.  We open Escrow 

5.  Title Company contacts you

6.  All necessary Documents are signed

7.  You get paid!

 We make the process very easy for you.   We will do our due diligence on your property and make a decision about it within 48 hours.      If we both agree to the sale and the price, we open escrow.   The Title Process typically takes about 2 weeks.   We purchase all of our properties with cash, so there are no lenders involved which makes the entire process go much faster.

We purchase properties throughout the United States.   We work with  real estate professionals and title companies that are local to the areas where the properties are.   We also can do all transactions electronically or  with mobile teams so we can serve you wherever you are located, even if you do not live where the property is.

If you already have an IRA Custodian, then you should contact them.   If not, we work with several reputable IRA Custodians.   We can connect you with an IRA specialist that will assist and facilitate your land purchase.   

In most cases,  there is an agent representing the property.   Let us know what property you wish to see and that agent will contact you to schedule a time to show you the property.    

Genesis Land and Resources does not offer financing on our properties.   If you wish to purchase a property with financing, you will need to secure financing through a lender.  In some cases we may be able to refer you to a lender who finances land purchases.
